Project Engineer candidate

- Brings expertise in technical engineering project coordination, planning, scheduling, field operations, safety compliance, and project delivery 
- Skilled with construction documentation, project scheduling, quality control, cost tracking, site coordination, and project management tools 
- Combines hands on field experience with strong engineering knowledge to keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently 
- Adaptable, dependable,
and eager to learn, building strong relationships while thriving in fast paced technical engineering environments 
- Often explores emerging engineering technologies while staying current on project management trends and infrastructure innovations 
- Open to relocating to Sugar Land, Texas; Targeting $95k+ base 

Survey Technician candidate 
- Detail driven surveying professional recognized for delivering accurate Civil 3D drafting and supporting complex land development projects across diverse infrastructure environments 
- Holds a welding technology degree with training in blueprint reading, surveying fundamentals, and technical fabrication principles 
- Experienced in Civil 3D surveying workflows including boundary and easement drafting, ALTA and topographic surveys, subdivision layouts, and permit ready plan sets for land development 
- Skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, survey data processing, surface creation, legal descriptions, utility coordination, and preparing
engineering submittals and documentation packages 
- Proven track record supporting major development projects including commercial, residential, schools, airports, and large scale distribution facilities with strong cross team coordination 
- Dependable and detail focused team player known for strong communication, adaptability, and willingness to support engineers through all phases of project delivery 
- Enjoys strategy based and simulation gaming that reflects analytical thinking and spatial problem solving outside of work 
- Open to relocating to Sugar Land, Texas; Targeting $32/hour
