Leadership Transition ,
TiE Houston is pleased to
share an important leadership update.

e , who has joined TiE
Houston as our Director of Operations . Over the next several months,
Tejus will transition into the role of Executive Director , with the
transition expected to conclude by end of Q1, 2026.

Tejus brings a strong and diverse background shaped by his
experience as an entrepreneur and CEO, as well as his academic foundation, =
and
professional work at Lamar University. His combination of operational
leadership, analytical capability, and hands on organizational experience
positions him exceptionally well to build on what we have accomplished over=
 the
past years and advance TiE Houston=E2=80=99s mission. We are excited for th=
e strategic
perspective and fresh energy he brings to the organization.

This transition follows two years of dedicated service by Amir Eskafyan , w=
hose remarkable enthusiasm, creativity, and youthful high
energy have significantly advanced TiE Houston=E2=80=99s programs and commu=
nity
engagement. Amir has played a pivotal role in building momentum for the cha=
pter
and deepening support for founders across the region. We extend our sincere
gratitude for the impact Amir has made.

We are pleased to share that Amir will continue to be part of the
